The problem
Every week a key position sits empty, someone else is doing two jobs. Projects slip, teams fall behind and your best people start to burn out.
Mexico’s executive talent isn’t on job boards or LinkedIn. It’s working inside your competitors, performing and well paid. Looking for it with a job posting is fishing with a broken net.
Companies moving to Mexico through nearshoring, aerospace included, all run into the same problem: they need a local leadership team before the plant starts up, in a market where people with industrial experience are already employed.
Beyond the technical profile, these roles call for someone who understands how a foreign headquarters operates and can communicate with it. Finding a person who brings both takes an active search, not waiting for a CV to arrive.

Frequently asked questions
We don't have operations in Mexico yet. Can you help?
Yes. The briefing is designed to define the profile, the role environment and the KPIs at 90, 180 and 365 days, even if the operation hasn't started yet. The process is remote, and the mapping focuses on the region where the plant will be.
Which regions do you recruit in?
Nationwide. The regions with the most nearshoring activity, such as northern Mexico, the Bajío industrial corridor and Querétaro, are also the most contested, so the mapping starts with similar companies in the same region.
How long does the process take?
The average for mid-level positions is 28 days from briefing to accepted offer. C-level positions take 35-50 days, depending on specialization.
What guarantee do you offer?
A process guarantee agreed by contract from the start. The terms depend on the level and type of position, and they're set before the search begins.
How is ZEHR different from a job board?
We don't post openings. We run an active, confidential search among candidates who aren't looking for a job: that's the talent you never see on job boards.
What levels do you recruit for?
Mainly management, director and C-suite roles. We also support scaling startups that need their first key hires.
