Document validation

We verify the authenticity and consistency of the documents submitted by the candidate:

• Proof of education and professional license
• Employment history and previous employment records
• Official IDs and identity documents
• Documentary references from verifiable sources

Home visit

Conducted by trained personnel following a standardized protocol. The visit confirms:

• General conditions of the declared home address
• Family environment and household composition
• Consistency with the reported socioeconomic profile
• Photographic record and signed visit report

Reference check

Direct contact with the candidate’s previous employers to verify:

• Dates and positions held
• Actual reason for leaving
• Performance and conduct at work
• Eligibility for rehire

Timelines and deliverables

Most studies are completed in 3 to 5 business days. The deliverable is an executive report with a risk indicator, findings by category and the analyst’s final recommendation.
